Mike has successfully treated physical therapy patients for over 20 years in Maryland. He is an authority in industrial physical therapy and the physical therapy management of chronic pain conditions related to the musculoskeletal system.
Mike is the owner of an independent private practice, which is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for his patients. Mike has a special interest in problems involving the spine, although his practice includes patients with many types of work related and sports injuries.
Education and Background
Mike received his physical therapy degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where he graduated magna cum laude. He has advanced training in orthopaedic manual therapy at the Gulf Coast Physical Therapy Institute with a residency at the Charlotte Spine Center.
He is one of a few physical therapists in Maryland designated as a full fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. He was an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist through 2008. Mike keeps current with the latest development in rehabilitation through regular continuing education with national and international experts.

A native of New Jersey, Mike has lived in Maryland since 1981, where he helped raise 2 children. He lives in Howard County with his wife Susan, where they care for and ride horses. Other interests include carpentry, photography, sailing, tai chi, and swing dancing.
